Outside, facing South, in front of the Dining Room there is a large private Sun Terrace, with part of it covered for dining and cooking on the Barbecue in the shade.
The large central room serves as Dining Room and Kitchen (dishwasher) combined. There is also a Lounge area around the fireplace (TV).
	To the left there is a Bedroom with a double bed and doors opening out onto a small terrace. The en-suite Bathroom is fitted with shower, WC and washbasin. To the right a small Lounge with on the left, a Bedroom with bunk-beds and a door opening out onto another small sun terrace. Also off this Lounge is the other Bathroom with bath, WC and washing machine.
Again from the small Lounge is the staircase leading to a spacious Bedroom with double bed ans sliding glass doors opening out onto a small private roof terrace.
