- a large farmhouse (240 m2)
with six bedrooms, which is the principal residence of the owners.
- a cottage (120 m2), having
three bedrooms, which is attached to the barn.
The land comprises of 2 hectares (4.942 acres),
surrounded by fields, and situated well away from the road, giving
excellent privacy.
LA FRUITIERE is situated on the D18 Ste-Foy la
Grande to Eymet road, about one kilometer East of the village of
Coutures on the right-hand side when travelling towards Eymet.
The filtered swimming-pool which measures 12m x
6m is situated to the rear of the farmhouse and is set in a mature
garden surrounded by trees to give added privacy.
